Shweta Tiwari to divroce Raja(Y/N)?

Shweta Tiwari and Raja Chaudhary's very public split was a shock to all, more so because the two seemed to be so much in love. Perhaps, they still are, which is why Shweta is yet to overcome the episode.

The actress, who plays Prerana in popular serial "Kasauti Zindagi Kay", looked distressed at an event at Navrang theatre in Andheri to promote her first Bhojpuri film "Hamaar Saiyaan Hindustani" which was released on Friday. It was her public appearance after the showdown with Raja a few months back.

Right at the start of the event, a very lean Shweta made it clear that she would not entertain questions about her personal life.

However, when costar Ravi Kissen conveyed his gratitude to the cast and crew of the film, Shweta whispered something into his ears. Ravi then mentioned Raja's name, who is one of the producers of the movie and has also played the villain's role, and thanked him.

Immediately, Shweta took the mike and said: "Raja, my husband, is not present here as he is not well and is currently in Delhi. But we all are missing him."

However, she was not much pleased when Ravi added that "she loves her husband a lot, everyone can see this". She promptly stopped Ravi from raking up the topic any further. Later, Shweta was spotted sobbing by many.

About the rumours that "Kasauti" is going off the air soon, Shweta said: "Nope, all that is false. "Kasauti" is doing very well. It is not going off the air and has plenty of viewers."

She added that if destiny has its way she will also act in films some day.

Shweta had earlier lodged a case with the police against husband Raja accusing him of being a constant alcoholic and abusive. She shifted to her aunt's place with her daughter Palak. Since then, though Shweta has kept mum on the issue, Raja went public with every little development.

Then there were talks that Shweta was planning to get a divorce. Both have been very depressed over the issue. Of late, it was reported that Shweta had decided to take Raja to a alcoholics rehabilitation centre.


Hope the two sort out their differences soon and lead a peaceful life, at least for little Palak (daughter).

At school, the two sisters were apparently quite a rage. A classmate says, “We always got confused between Amrita and Prita because both of them looked so similar. Among the twins, Prita was more reserved, while Amrita was outgoing. Amrita was very different from her present goody-goody image. She wore short skirts and moved among the hip crowds.”
Amrita has also openly denied that she has a twin sister and claims that she has a younger sister, but her college friends and professors have a different story to share; according to them Amrita has a twin sister, but they are not identical and the actress forced Preeta not to pursue modeling and maintain a low key profile. We hope that Amrita finally realizes that there is room for everyone in Bollywood and she stops bragging her “Main Sirf Hoon Na” attitude.

Pooja Chahan is the second widely known woman in India for nude protest. First women was from Manipur in 2007 stripped in front of 17 Assam Rifles to protest killing of Manorama.
